Was Trump really a (sort of) first responder on 9/11?

It's impossible. And here's why.

On that horrible day, watching the disaster on TV, what could the orange creature have been thinking? Knowing what we know about him, do you really need to ask? "I wonder if I can get my hands on all that cash, jewelry and other countless items of value laying aound in that rubble."

So you just know that he wanted to get up off his ass to go downtown, evaluate the situation, and see if he could somehow profit from it.

Aside from the heroic first responders, very few people would have been willing to enter that cloud from hell.

Knowing what we do about the orange disease inhabiting the White House, does anyone really think he would have gone anywhere near anything that might endanger him, or even get him soiled?

Remember that this guy is a disease freak who, it's reported about one of his visits to Jeffery Epstein's orgies, wouldn't allow a girl to touch him without a glove.

So now he's telling us he went to lower Manhattan and soiled his nostrils and lungs with the dust of the disaster?

I have no idea where he was on that day, or the days that followed. But if there was any hint of the dangerous, polluted dust spreading beyond downtown, my guess is that he was on one of his private jets to Tahiti. Maybe I'm wrong. However ...

There was no way he was there.. the streets from 14th Street on were SHUT DOWN for two whole weeks or more.. to allow the enormous flatbeds that were coming empty and leaving full of tangled metal, concrete, even human remains.

He is just one big fat liar... ugh

The restaurant was on the top floor of one of the Towers and although it was ridiculously expensive, the views and ambiance and food and wine were magnificent.

For your sake, I'm glad you weren't planning breakfast there on that fateful morning.

You nailed everything about this sicko. When the Towers fell, (we watched them from the roof of my office building), Trump's first reaction was to claim that he now owned the tallest building in downtown Manhattan. Once again, he made a tragedy all about himself.

By the way, I think you meant Jeffrey Epstein, not Cohen.

No one who wasn't involved in the recovery and clean up would have gone anywhere near Ground Zero. As a New Yorker, I know this to be true. The day after the attacks, the whole city had an acrid stench even miles away from the site of the tragedy. Trump wouldn't go anywhere near there.

His worst lie ever came during one of the Republican debates when he claimed to have lost hundreds of friends in the attacks. The next day, that number changed to "many, many friends." Then he never said it again. There are no records or evidence that Trump attended a single memorial or funeral service for anyone. Since he live all of his life in the public sphere, how could anyone believe his lies?

He's despicable. He's also an idiot.

the federal government for "damage" to his property. No way he'd drag his lazy, orange ass down to that site for anything less than the Hope Diamond laying in the rubble.

Yet he never attended a single funeral. Not one.

He also claimed he saw many, many Muslims celebrating in the streets in New Jersey.

The only thing we know for sure is he called a news station to tell them his building was again the tallest in NYC. He made that call on the day of the attack.

But he was too busy rushing the shooter at Stoneman Douglas High School. Remember when he made that ridiculous claim? Really, he just needs to be laughed off the stage or podium or wherever when he makes these kind of fatuous remarks.

never bragged at the time he was there? Claimed he lost "hundreds if not thousands of friends" and didn't go to one funeral or to one memorial service? The only evidence we have he was even in NYC was his gleeful but bs brag on the radio that he now owned the tallest building in the city.

And he collected on damages for one of buildings that were determined later to have been unaffected.
