That looks like the Union Square Farmer's Market. I used to love to go there on Saturdays.

The city closed streets, set up kiddy pools for the pups....my daughters dog got a cool spray of water from a fireman, too!

Union Square has a great little enclosed dog run where the dogs can go off leash and play with each other. I used to love to go watch them there and in Washington Square. It's such a great city if you have the money and/or the energy for it!
