Jeb"s son recently made a statement denouncing white terrorism.
The Bush faction of the Republican Party will make its move when they see an opening.

GEORGE W. BUSH, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: Mrs. King, thanks for this beautiful portrait. I can't wait to hang it.
(LAUGHTER)
Note the laughter. There wasnt anything about that comment that should have elicited laughter...unless it was intended as a joke.
Polybius
(21,902 posts)He's so dumb he might not even realize what he said. Mrs. King mentioned hanging it up right before he spoke, so maybe the word stuck in his mind? The laughter could be taken as they laughed because the President implied that he was putting the picture up himself.
Always thought he was just dumbfounded. Over grown frat boy
He was selected over Gore, we all know that. That terminal stupid look on his face explains quite a bit about W.
Another asshole that should have never been is his position. We have one hell of sick country to deal with

(9,990 posts)since Trump took office was during the inauguration ceremony itself. Bush was heard to mutter "That was some weird shit!" following Trump's "American carnage" speech. Since he could not possibly top that astute observation, he had been mostly silent since that point. Just as well.

I think I read something about him voting for Clinton last time. Lord no, I'm not defending him. I've also read he spends a lot of time painting these days (art, not walls).
