So sad that Anne Frank quotations are entirely appropriate and accurate today.

Now some here will say, "well that's not the same thing, ICE aren't taking people to extermination camps." And while this is probably true right now, all the ingredients are there for mass killings right now. When you have leader dehumanizing a group of people by calling them animals, an infestation, invaders, and talking endlessly how we have to make it as tough as possible on them, and those people are held in secret (Congress people can't even get in to check on prisoners) atrocities will happen. And we know they have a terrible tracking system, 10s of thousands of prisoners are lost in the system.

History is a guide, atrocities are occurring. It's a matter of when, not if they find mass graves somewhere in the desert.
