That's why Greenland was picked, place he can golf when Maralggard is covered up by the rising ocean. He knows it's real, just protecting himself and his other reich wing oligarchs from the costs in advance of the real happenings.

Right next door, prosperous, lots of empty land for golf courses, perceived as all white and exceptions needn't count, mostly English speaking and at least French isn't a *-hole language, and they're a nice, tidy nation, wouldn't be surprised if they were already keeping their forests raked.
