in this particular matter, that is why. DOJ criminal Barr is kissing t-rump's base with "fake" crap. t-rump is guilty as hell and he knows it and Barr knows it and the GOP knows it.

If they had prosecuted Comey it would have been for leaking the documents, something he admits having done.

It would have to be relevant to the charges and the charges would have simply related to what Comey did with the documents, nothing else.

They didn't prosecute him because his actions, while violating FBI policy, did not violate the law because they did not involve disclosing any classified information.
