I can't fathom being under that kind of torrential wind and rain for so many hours and there being anything left standing. Those people are going to need a lot of help but with this current administration, I wonder.

It is really tragic. The stress and shock, losing everything possibly including pets and even loved ones. It can be a real trauma and help is really essential.

And when it is all over, then conditions can become very difficult for people who make it through it all, as we know.

Yup. Don't count on the US for help.
