from the farms to the gasoline pump. Why would it be a good thing for American taxpayers to subsidize the price Brazil might pay for our ethanol?

Sure he wrote that all by himself. Is this a word he just learned? I have never heard him say it but you can bet he likes the sound of it and will use it over and over until it means nothing just like everything else.
