1. You know,

a real wall sounds like it would be really even more expensive than that.

Still, for a steel slat fence, that's pricey.

You know, it only costs $2-5-million per mile to build a road, (depending on location) so what's with the padding on the bill here to the tune of 200 X the cost of a road? Oh come on now. Is it going to be made of gold, or something?

This looks like a really big ripoff and is nobody calling this price out? No bid?
