Hilarious show! I bought it on DVD, so my kids could watch - they enjoy it, too, despite its age.

I love the electric company too, however, this type humor goes back to the late 50s early 60s

in a way Bob newhart (before his tv shows was a comic, and did his famous telephone routines

and Elaine May and Mike Nichols back then were a comedy team and did similiar type routines

and maybe even all the way back to vaudeville
