I don’t know if standard government employees swear an oath to the constitution, but the military does. Those expenses charged and paid to trump properties are in violation of both FAR and DFAR (federal acquisitions regulations and military federal acquisition regulations) and will have a military officer’s signature on on the payment and no doubt on the travel orders because someone would have to be pretty naive to land a plane there and stay there without getting it in writing first.
