I cant see him being willing to disclose his business records or his personal finances, so I guess were headed for a request for a Supreme Court review. If we had lost CREW would have been asking for a review.
The decision is still good news.
Unrelated question is why the DOJ is taking sides in this? Is that appropriate?

(10,439 posts)Barr is not acting as the U.S. Attorney General, the Republicans in Congress relinquished their authority as an equal branch to back trump. In the SCOTUS, Garland and Kavanaugh shoukd recuse themselves over any decision re: the White House.
We have corruption on a mammoth scale. And the deplorables are enjoying it because they are told we are worse than corruption..
Hope CREW can figure out a way to achieve justice. Not holding my breath though.
