1. Internment camps.
They have no jurisdiction over city or state lands.

3. Very Likely
"The Trump administration team also met for an open-ended discussion about homelessness with the Los Angeles police union, according to an official with direct knowledge of the meeting, which was first reported by the Los Angeles Times."
And I believe part of the plan is to somehow federalize the LAPD, and get their assistance in rounding up the homeless population! Now, I know that some here will claim that Trump can't federalize the local law enforcement...but for the last two years people have said he can't do something and he does it anyway! He doesn't have to worry about Congress, and he's been putting judges on the bench, with the willing assistance of a complicit Senate controlled by his party! We'll have to wait and see...what he does. |

2. There are those jobs he promised.
He will force them to work to pay for their prison for committing the crime of being homeless because trump will keep sending jobs over seas and not increasing pay while making bare basic living to expensive for anyone but the rich. Oh, wait, he has already been doing that. It will get worse. The more homeless the more slaves.
