Because they can still have influence from a cell...I prefer a more permanent solution...one that will mete out justice and be a warning to those who want to follow in their foot steps.

The time to be civil has long passed...we're in a fight for the very life of this nation, and perhaps even the world!

That won't pass any court.

I think being in jail will destroy their reputations forever and will be a good lesson. All they can possibly do after the jail term is write Mea Culpa books.

Trump brand is already trash

Barr probably told Director of National Intelligence that he can squash it since no one can sue in court.

It could mean that what Barr is doing is judicial review by blocking the whistleblower and since the process has determined that the whistleblower has a credible and urgent complaint it must be honored within 7 days. Indeed, my understanding is that DOJ has no role in this process for a reason so under what authority is Barr acting?

My personal speculation is that Dan Coates is the whistleblower and the phone call was between Trump and Kim. Trump was trying to buy himself a Nobel Peace Prize to match the one Obama was awarded. The pieces all fit.

delay by appropriately informing congress himself that it existed, without revealing content. Atknson's scheduled to appear before the house intelligence committee Thursday and his boss MacGuire, the acting DNI, next week.

so that even when the Democrats sue, they are at a disadvantage in getting these judges to actually uphold the law.
