What was the "promise"?

"I promise you I will not be leaving in 2020"?

"I promise you I will pull all of the troops out of South Korea"?

"I promise that you will get equal drilling rights on the North Slope"?

Who knows? This story has created a lot of speculation.

But, it must have been very serious? That's what we are told.

for the complaint needs to do his/her duty if this is held up for any time at all. You'd think he/she wasn't a partisan republican, but if so, then it must really be bad.

Maybe whoever it is can get somewhere safe out of the country before coming forward. If it's as serious as it seems, a friendly country should be willing to look out for them.

He invited the Taliban to Camp David, then disinvited.

Then John Bolton was fired.

It may have had something to do with the Taliban and Afghanistan. He may have promised to pull our troops out of Afghanistan and turn over the bases to Russia?

Who knows?
