The fact that the video is 3 years old means nothing. Walls, even if new are medival technology that will be able to breeched, scaled in seconds or tunneled under—ridiculous to even be talking about building any at all.

And it's highly doubtful that any significant new wall will be built as landowner and environmental issues will have to be settled in court which halt any building for years.
