(439 posts)On the one hand, the most powerful country in the world (USA) is generally supporting, or wanting to support, you against the aggression and military actions of your bigger and aggressively hostile neighbor (Russia) that barely even recognizes you as a separate country on a good day and has been using every method, including invasion and annexation of parts of your country, to ensure that at the very least your country is an owned proxy.
On the other hand, you have the head of state and government of the USA openly taking your threatening, militaristic neighbor's side and brazenly blocking his own country's government institutions from supporting you. And you are painfully aware of how many very important..ahem, "conflict of interests" the US President has on matters relating to Russia.
Tough spot...and frightening!
