i suspect that top Dem members already know the contents of the whistlblower's complaint from somewhere, (and it's a bombshell) and thursday's hearing with Maguire is just to allow him and Fat Nixon's cronies the opportunity to bring it legitimacy so it's not seen as mere speculation ...
but either way, the reckoning is coming...

I also suspect that Leadership knew about the call shortly after it was made in July - along with all kinds of other things in the report that we haven't yet heard about - but needed it to go through the whistleblower process first.
