When they impeach Trump

they should do it in such a way that when it goes to the Senate for trial, it should take over one hour to read all the charges against him. This will not be hard to do.

mcturtle can't get away with going too overboard on restricting their time, but i'm sure he can put some time constraints on the house managers.

chief justice roberts would preside over the trial, but he's probably bound by senate rules and schedules and procedures. not that roberts would be on our side either....
