The transcript reads for 12 minutes--the phone convo was 30 minutes

What’s missing? 🤷‍♀️

They said that the transcript would be unredacted.
It is. But it’s also truncated with large portions of the conversation missing.

Look at the ellipses and read between the lines.

... could part of the missing time be due to translation issues?

Too much time missing, IMO, to account for all of it...but unless both spoke the same language, there could be time taken up for this.

Lawrence had a guest on last night some former WH official (sorry I wasn't paying close enough attention to know his exact role)... he said they quit making recordings of the President's phone calls in the 70s... all they have are notes to go by. Obviously these notes seem very redacted.
