4. It isn't consistent with Biden and that which makes him the front runner in so many people's minds

at least for now. He can speak out as necessary, of course, but he can't let Trump define him or his candidacy and what he stands for--nor the policies he supports.

I do think someone needs to develop a concerted message that certainly touches on the adult Trump children, their hypocrisy, and most of all their benefits from the overt violation of emoluments clause, but I think it needs to be a 501-C/501 3-C or other pro-Dem group. Surely when Warren or another candidate hits Trump's radar, they too will be the focus of such organized lie campaigns. The group(s) needs to be prepared to defend them all against overt lies from the RW.
