6 small incisions, great!

8. Had my prostate out with the robot...

... and a very talented doctor.
NO after-effects. Got urinary control...erections...the whole thing.
Took my prostate out through a small incision about 3 inches below my breastbone...they take the scenic route.
It's a fucking miracle.
That was 10 years ago, and the cancer is GONE.

They do it that way so they don't hit nerves and arteries and like that. It's anatomically sensible. Just push everything out of the way and pearl-dive.
Look into the Da Vinci first. If they radiate, they can't cut.
