Sounding like more than a copy of his opening statement. I’m guessing that part of it is one hundred percent of his communication with Giuliani. Who knows about the rest. Volker is not a Trump sycophant.

10. I don't believe it's a hearing.

My understanding is that Volker is being deposed by staff (read attorneys) from three committees. It is behind closed doors, however.

And threatening him using Barr very, very soon. He suggest things to intimidate people then claims criminal actions using lies and distortions of the truth. Then he gets lawyers to prevent them from talking, and to obstruct progression on the issue.

claiming Executive Privilege. Yes, it's a BS claim, but Volker would have to hire a lawyer to defend against the claim and lawyers cost money.

I don’t see why we wouldn’t get most of it. I’m guessing some will have to go through certain channels to determine what is classified and what is not. Democrats seem to be pretty transparent in making unclassified documents public.

I just don’t know the answer.
