According to a report on Saturday, a source told Axios that the president told House Republicans during a conference call on Friday: Not a lot of people know this but, I didnt even want to make the call. The only reason I made the call was because Rick asked me to. Something about an LNG [liquified natural gas] plant. Axios also reported that the presidents quote was confirmed by two other sources.

(12,587 posts)He's blaming Rick Perry? The rats are really beginning to eat one another. Giuliani has reportedly claimed the State Department set him up. He had no idea what they were up to behind the scenes.
LOL!
Amazing. This is the Clown College version of an Administration.

(77,795 posts)Gov. GOODHAIR has a career of luck, Peter Principle, and do-nothing, disappearing in the woodwork.
The luck started with just trading off of smile/hair/looks. Blandness, no convictions/principles, no controversy (because no convictions), attractive to backers.
Big luck, inherits the governorship when Shrub leaves. Luck, Texas has the Weak Governor System, where there's little power, just window dressing. Then more luck, a couple of times some third party types drained off votes from the Dems so he won with less than majorities. All the while just being a sales rep for fat cat oil/gas. Nothing to do except show up, smile, glad hand.
Then just playing the fool in national primaries, but willing to submit to SHITLER for a job that he delegates to a deputy, an article out there saying that for the past year he hasn't attended cabinet meetings just sends the deputy. Not to mention that he is so ignorant that he thought the Energy Department was about oil and gas. Besides that during the primaries, wasn't it one of the OOPS ones he wanted to eliminate.
So his disappearing act, besides traveling the world with his wife, was to be errand boy for SHITLER's shennanigans.
As for his testifying against SHITLER, we can't get our hopes up: He will just say he didn't know what he was doing and *that* will be totally believable.
