Remember in 2016 when during the same broadcast Matt Lauer tossed softballs at Trump but relentlessly grilled Hillary about emails? It wasn't the Russians who tipped the election in Trump's favor, it was the rapists.

Russia is going to do Russia...their schtick is to create chaos and disharmony to their benefit. The MSM's complicity was all about the greed of their owners. After the '*****-grabber' audio came out the whole circus should have been over and done with. Without their 24/7 coverage and normalization he never makes the primary.

Trump strategy: Repeat a smear, no matter how many times it has been debunked, repetitively, over and over.

That's how millions did not like Hillary but were unable to state a reason why.

It's not a binary choice. There were numerous factors and events that led to Trump's electoral win, and they generally don't exclude each other.

9. Thanks for the reminder. It had skipped my mind.

Lauer was -- and most likely still is -- a sad excuse for a man based on what he did to the females with whom he worked. But I forgot how his inveterate sexism oozed into his politics, as well. His soft-balling of Trump and his acid attack on Hillary Clinton headlined his moral and ethical emptiness, and his wretched failure as a human being.

I hope no one in America contracts rapidly advancing and horribly disfiguring leprosy. I really do. But if anyone must, I pray its Lauer.
