Exactly what planet, Tipperary? As I have said for over 15 years on Bolton--he is an absolute a'hole on a scale with Dick Cheney--who I hold in the highest contempt. But similarly to Bolton, an evil, yet an intelligent man. Even among the nastiest, most hated gang of thugs, there are those with sufficient intellect who are more likely to evade being caught in the most obvious of lawlessness.
