So "Dumb as Dirt Ben Carson" is the only member of the cabinet

who pretty much stays out of the headlines - by being only moderately corrupt. He likes to buy himself nice furniture and knows nothing at all about the area in which he is supposed to be a leader.

You know things are bad when Ben Carson is your best guy.
