Mick Mulvaney seems to not understand Quid Pro Quo, so lets start him back with some pig Latin: ouay areay uckedfay.

OP
I'm usually a stickler for spelling, but in this case, it's the thought that counts.

I will never see those words without thinking back to my youth and Blackhawk Comics. One of the Blackhawk Squadron characters was a Frenchman who frequently exclaimed, "Sacre' bleu!".

Mais jai naucune idée!
I was a Mad Magazine devotee back in the day but perhaps I had an unknown soul connection to Blackhawk Comics.

OuYa, ReA, UckedFa
first letter is always second to the last, with the letter 'a' immediately following,
unless the first letter is an 'A', then it's just the last letter.
So
"You" = "OuYa"
"Are" = ReA
"Fucked" = "UckedFa"
If I remember correctly and please correct me if I'm wrong.
I prefer to learn then to remain ignorant.
But I agree with her sentiment.
