Hillary warning that not only does Putin had kompromat on Trump

which we all knew, but Russia is grooming Tulsi Gabbard to run as a 3rd party candidate. The new Jill Stein.

Tulsi was laughing it up with Tucker Carlson on Fox this week. I would not be surprised if she does this. And lots of anti-Trump Republicans and Independents will vote for her over a real Democrat.

How do we stop another 3rd party spoiler in 2020?

Why hasn't the left or the Democratic Party created a "3rd party" of their own?

The Democrats have the Green party to siphon off the left votes...

Why isn't there a right wing party to siphon off the right votes?

If I was in charge, or was one of these rich people on the left, I would create a far right party and prop it up as much as I could...think of the tea party on steroids.

It just makes sense.

Come up with the craziest right wing ideology and policies and see how many of the suckers jump ship from the repubs...

But instead of running against the main party they simply took it over.

Not a serious party, but more like a movement to get the republicans to swing even more to the right?

We need a serious, like the Greens, right wing party to siphon some of these votes away.

The scary thing is, I think you could make up the most ridiculous right wing party with absolutely crazy, incredible slogans and policies and it would actually get some of the repubs to abandon their party for being "too much like the dems"...

"Send all illegal immigrants back to their home countrys"
"All immigration halted"
"We go to war with any country who "disses" the USA"
" Kill all drug addicts"
" End welfare"
" End income tax"
etc, etc.

I think this could work...

Trump and/or Koch-related organizations have already floated most of those ideas.

And, yes, the Tea Party was created by the Koch brothers, Big Oil, and Big Tobacco to move the party right and further their agendas. In reality, it's just a front - the party was already moving that direction. They just sped up the process.

They are fiscal conservatives that want to smoke pot, legalize prostitution, and turn every freeway into a toll road.

"Libertarian" went from being "as long as what you do doesn't infringe on another's rights, go for it" to basically "hip right winger who smokes weed".

I can say, anecdotally, that people I know who voted Gary Johnson in 2016 were drawn to the MJ legalization plank in the Libertarian Party platform.

The party really need to get behind full MJ legalization instead of hiding behind descheduling or decriminalization. I truly believe it's a vote winner.

Trust me...I'm Canadian...when the Liberals announced the legalization of MJ, I know a lot of people who jumped from the cons to the libs - based entirely on that issue. They all had ailing friends, family members who were using it anyway...

For gawd sake Democrats - this is the lowest hanging fruit there is...come out today, announce that MJ will be legal, pardons for all those who got charged, past and present and there will simply be no way to steal this election - it will be a cakewalk for the Dem nominee.

If they concede that an income tax is needed, they would favor a flat rate tax or even poll (per person) tax.
