So how is Saudi Arabia paying for our troops?

I'm fairly certain that the Saudi's aren't going to be giving money to the Treasury to offset the costs of deploying troops. So how exactly are they "paying" for it? My guess is that Trump is referring to the money paid for arms sales, except that money doesn't go to the troops. Perhaps the Saudi's are paying Trump directly, which would be illegal and impeachable. We really need to get to the bottom of that statement by Trump.
