tRUMP makes sure the next in line is set up to take the fall, as an insurance policy against republicans voting against his removal. 'Who do you want as President, Nancy?'

Along with every other crime he commits in the White House. tRUMP makes sure all those around him are tainted enough to take the fall too, unless they fight ferociously against anyone pointing the blame at tRUMP.
