Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) criticized Attorney General William Barr over reports that the Justice Department is launching a criminal investigation of the Russia probe.

Said Warner: “Senate Intel is wrapping up a three-year bipartisan investigation, and we’ve found nothing remotely justifying this… He needs to come before Congress and explain himself.”

It worked for Benghazi!. They know they can rely on the MSM news to help them blow it up with their false equivalency protocol. "COULD THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED BY PRO-DEMOCRATIC PARTISAN INFLUENCE?. WE'LL TALK AFTER THESE COMMERCIALS WITH KELLY ANNE CONWAY TO EXPLAIN HOW"

So with the regular MSM news networks going with the "who knows who is right? "we confuse - you decide!". And Fox News relied on to be all in on not only raising the investigation 24/7, but already concluding the investigation with a guilty verdict, at the very least, it muddies the waters for everybody. Creates smoke, and for a lot of people, where there's smoke there must be fire.
