I had to look up AUMF authority to use military force after 9/11 and according to wiki it is still in effect and the Orange vulgarian is of course trying to make it apply all situations.

I wouldn't want President Obama to tell anyone if he thought there may be a leak...I don't think he would. I'm sure he didn't.

He could have been told after the fact, like our aircraft sneaked up under the russian's noses and killed the terrorist. Then he jumps to take credit and make Russia look like it knew and helped out.

He has already put up a fake Situation Room photo, no level of depravity is past him.

Facts will keep slipping out in time. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the military told Trump a lie to do the raid.
