(31,261 posts)If they openly confront him then they essentially destroy the American concept that the military always obey civilian leadership. But if the day nothing, they become complicit with the destruction of our republic.
I think that we are going to see a lot more "leaks" or "the real story" background from the military, CIA, NSA. Their oath to the country literally require that they find a way to do something.

(41,316 posts)Anus Orange forced the Kurds into retreat, so they can't spare any more effort to help the US. Big rush to take advantage of whatever intell assets were still there, before the chance evaporated. And a lot of extra risk for US troops.
