My interpretation is deal made with Erdogan and Putin for Baghdadi...phone call was ....we give up Kurds and protect oil fields for Baghdadi....so this administration can have news cycle, major win...and fulfill major campaign promise...again remember this is always about a transaction with the con.....
In phone call when Erdogan said Baghdadi, the Cons eyeballs must have shot out of his head...What a prize for the Con...and fulfilling that ‘I will get the troops out of these endless wars’ promise
