He lies about investigation of crimes he actually commits as partisan political abuse of power. So when he commits actual partisan abuse of power against his political opponents, his wall is in place - the lie that his political opponents do the same thing.

Lies about 2016 being a rigged election, another wall.

Lies are a framing tool. They telegraph what he is going to do; sometimes they're an effort to defend his actions after the fact.

So many lies...a bunker's worth...
