40. Okay, I could explain this, at least the what and the how. Feathering and too much hair spray.

But none of us can explain the why though, can we? He must do his own hair because it looks like shit. Someone even a smidge more self aware would have done something about it by now. Look at how the sprayed sidehair at the front appears to go over the back half of the side, which looks to be combed straight down. It invites the question of exactly what he is trying to hide, since the thinnest part is at the temple and in front of his ear and at the part as far as can bee seen here. But lets be real, it's all thin really. It would look better to cut it all off, but for some reason his ego won't let him. It's a vulnerability. He's stuck in that hairstyle he liked so much back in the seventies and eighties, and he's never gonna give it up.
On a side note, look at how flat the back of his head looks. I wonder how much he was left lying in his crib as a baby?
