John Yoo 'Regrets' Explosive Espionage Claim, Says Trump Did Quid Pro Quo

John Yoo tells Chris Cuomo he was referring to the Ukrainians, not Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman.............

“I really regret the choice of words,” he said, adding that Vindman “did the right thing” by reporting his concerns with Trump’s call.

Then, Yoo went even further and admitted that Trump’s actions amounted to a quid pro quo.

“I don’t have any doubts about that because you can read them in the transcript of the phone call that the White House released,” Yoo said. The only question is whether it’s a “high crime and misdemeanor” worthy of impeachment or if it’s a matter best decided in next year’s election.

The memorandum even says on its own Page 1 that it's not a transcript. The President and his administration have the full transcript under lock and key and are withholding it from the American people. Which is curious because Trump continues to claim that his phone call was "perfect" (whatever that might mean in his broken brain), but he won't release the full transcript that would obviously prove his assertion. LTC Vindman apparently testified that the memorandum that has been released is incomplete and misleading. Trump could set the record straight today, but doesn't.

What should that tell everyone?
