Was there nobody he could call fake; no deep state conspiracy or deep fake photos to blame?
Reality is a mutherfucker.
Thank you America 🇺🇸
Bet hell stay holed up in his ivory tower like Bush did from now on.

(16,165 posts)he thought it was a reality teevee show and he got to disrespect whoever. We're watching the producers backing out along with the expensive cast of characters.

You could tell by his face that he heard it.

(18,486 posts)He's like Chance the Gardener whose only reality is the television - and there he was, not only being mocked by 40,000 people in front of a national television audience, he was forced to watch his own humiliation as it happened on a gazillion-foot-high television.

(4,690 posts)those boos have turned into cheers. By now he believes it himself.

(11,949 posts)Like bad kings of old he has surrounded himself with sycophants who never tell him what he does not want to hear. He thinks Fox is telling the truth and his only appearances are in front of rabid followers at his traveling Nuremberg show.
The World Series will be his last truly public appearance until the election.
Well, I did hear he is attending some kind of fake wrestling event. Which is so ironic.

That game was a pull-back-the-curtain moment for America and for Trump. The stadium wasnt divided like the Republican-owned media wants us to believe.

(18,486 posts)He may never have come face to face with anything this blunt and humiliating in his adult life.
The closest I think was the 2011 WH Correspondents' Dinner when President Obama and Seth Meyers mocked him to his face while the crowd laughed at him. But even then, he could pacify himself with the fact that this was the "liberal elite crowd" (even though he had been a part of that crowd until recently) and saw an opportunity to get revenge by running for president.
This was different and worse. It wasn't an elite bunch of Fake News, Deep State liberals out to get him. It was tens of thousands of people spontaneously booing and mocking him, not only to his face in front of a television audience of millions, but he had it bounced back at him on a Jumbotron. Talk about an "echo chamber"- imagine how that must have looked and felt to him?
And considering he's supposedly at the "pinnacle" of success and is STILL being laughed at like an obnoxious little boy in school whom everyone hates no matter how much money his daddy has and he can't say "One day, I'll be REALLY and THEN I'll show them!" that had to feel like a punch in the gut.
Just the look on his face is enough to keep me going for a few more months ...

(100,060 posts)There is nothing, repeat, nothing more elite than golfing at country clubs with your name on them. Nothing.
Obama went out there and did things to be closer to people. Trump golfs.
There's a reason why he got booed while Obama got a standing o. Deal with it, conservatives.

They are using facial recognition software to identify each and every person that was booing him.
Then he will sue each and every person at the game.
