Here's my reasoning... every ejaculation potentially leads to an abortion. We need to start keeping an excel spreadsheet of this phenomenon so that any potential pregnancy can be traced back to the source, and the source charged with appropriate crimes.

We could use something like the ankle bracelet that people wear when they are on house arrest. A penis bracelet. All penises should be on house arrest. Its the responsible thing to do. Its a moral obligation.
