Lead item: Melonville Mayor Tommy Shanks accused of siphoning thousands of dollars from the milk fund. Earl tries to interview the Mayor, but Floyd, who is "under the weather", butts in and asks Shanks if his mother knew he stole that money. Shanks gets upset.
