If the Court rules that Don McGahn has to obey Congressional subpoena?

Then, that would re-open the charges in the Mueller imvestigation.

He would have to respond under oath that what he told Robert Mueller was accurate and that Donald Trump attempted to obstruct justice by asking him to get Mueller removed?

That could be added as an Article of Impeachment.

That might be the best time to vote to impeach and send to the Senate for a trial?

Unfortunately, the Judge may not make a decision until next month? -Democrats might be advised to be patient and let the process work itself out?

Kupperman decision also delayed till November 10? After the judge expedited the first hearing? Sheesh.

Trump has used this delaying tactic his whole career and it's worked for him.

2 weeks isn't much, but it's only the 1st court. McGahn will appeal all the way to his buddy Boofer and the other 4 GOP partisans.

this tactic will result in Congress leaving witnesses undeposed before public hearings.

There are still a few witnesses tbey need to talk with.

Bolton can be very unpredictable. Democrats cannot count on his testimony alone.

I think the case is with U.S. District Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. Whichever side loses will appeal. Isn’t that to a single judge first then the whole board? Then that loser will try to get the Supreme Court to hear the case.

Sorry if I got some of the details wrong but I’m sure there will be more after this judge decides.

Impeachment is going to have to go with what they have and deal with anything new as it arrives.

are dragging their feet. It takes as long as it takes, and if they insist on dragging it out, fine. More time to make themselves look bad, more time to get the public informed and ready to kick them to the curb.

As frustrating as they are, the stalling tactics are going to bite Kupperman, McGahn, & co rather than help them.
