BTW, the citation note is read as "First Timothy" not "One Timothy" as Trump would probably say.
A more serious point to note is that many scholars agree that the work and writings of Paul of Tarsus were the driving social force behind the development of the First Century Church. Regardless of whether one accepts any of the supernatural claims of the New Testament, the Apostle Paul had a critical role in the formation of the Christian religion as an historical entity.
Paul had a lot of things to say about the role of women in the early Church, and I really don't think that Paula White is what he had in mind.
