as well as Trump proving he spends one day more than half the year physically residing there.

NY State has plenty of ammo to fight his tax scheming and they have been quite successful against other wealthy tax cheats trying this.

You have to document that you lived in Florida for 6 months and 1 day, and provide that information every year. The season at Mar a Lago is Halloween to mid May. So... he would have to stay at Mar a Lago for almost the whole season. Does Mar a Lago have a SCIF? Is it even legal to run the government from there? And, his location is public information. Does he expect Florida to make an exception for him?
