I think it is a mistake to set a deadline for Thanksgiving or Christmas or even, the Iowa Primary...

...to finish this investigation. It is so deep and complex that it may never be finished?

But, in my opinion, they need to go deeper than just the phone call to the Ukraine president. The corruption seems to be much worse than any of us ever imagined.

The Congress should continue the aggressive path they have been on for the last few weeks. They should continue to appeal to patriots to come forth and tell what they know. If nothing else, it keeps them on the defensive.

The primary candidates will not have to change anything about their campaigning unless the House sends the Articles to the Senate. Then, they will be jurors. Even then, they should be able to work around it.

This is an unprecedented conspiracy unlike any in our history. It is composed of international criminals, operating in every country around the world. They are bigger than our FBI. They are intent on destroying the democracies of the world, including our own.

Unless there is a massive change in the way the Republicans are thinking, there really is no use to send Articles to them, unless they are serious about protecting our democracy and our Constitution.

Nancy Pelosi is a very patient leader. I believe if she sends the Articles of Impeachment to the Senate, she will believe it is the best time to do so. In my opinion, we need to follow her advice.

...when he betrayed the Kurds and gave up Syria to the Turks and Russians.

We still don't know the details about it. Why did he do it? Did they promise him the capture of al Baghdadi if he withdrew US troops? We don't know.

Of course, they still need to know why they felt the need to put an unclassified phone call into a more secure server and tell the Colonel not to tell anyone about it?

...I'm sure some are concerned about how this so dominates the news that contenders for the nomination aren't getting much attention. And there may be concern that if Trump is acquitted as the election approaches, it'll give him a boost.

Anyway, as I've said before, it'll take a lot more than the Zelensky phone call to force a conviction or resignation. On that particular subject, it's clear that the Republican Party has made up its mind. It doesn't, they argue, rise to the level of impeachment and that's that. I doubt even Manchin would vote to convict based on the Zelensky extortion.

Trump's deputy assistant was on NPR arguing that the reference to Biden had to do with his involvement with Ukraine corruption when Biden was VP. Since Trump didn't refer to Biden as "my potential 2020 opponent," he's innocent of wrongdoing, so goes the argument.

Meanwhile, too many people in the US are either part of Cult45 or simply unaware of what's going on in order for support for impeachment and removal to ever reach, say, 70 or 80 percent.

It's done when it's done. TV can reschedule their commercials to suit.
