(1,587 posts)to restore the old Soviet Union influence by any and all means possible. The postings here are even more important when viewed in the context of the 2020 elections and the scary fact that nothing has been substantially done to prevent Russia from overriding the will of the people at the polling stations. Can only hope the high tech security firms are partnering with our IC to protect the vote.

her big point is about the reason russia is a one industry economy.
pootie likes oil and gas because of the power he gets from turning the spigot on and off. but his country is too backwards to build their own, good infrastructure.
sanctions are killing them for that reason.
the reason someone picked rex tillerson was so that the exxon deal that the sanctions wrecked could get back on track.
