The latest numbers are 704,882 votes for Beshear to 694,317 votes for Bevin. (eom)

99% in. Numerically Bevins can't win unless they find a big box of mail in ballots somewhere

Oh, Beshear is up by 0.7%. What's the minimum to prevent an automatic or challenged recount?

Update: Chris Kornacki says no automatic recount.
Belvin would have to file a recount law suit and let a judge decide it's validity.
