It would not surprise me a bit to have a few thousand "lost" votes suddenly appear.

Normally, with 100% reporting, that’s it except for the possibility of a recount. In some states, that may merely mean "100% of all votes cast at polling places," and there may be absentees that haven’t yet been certified/counted. If so, it would appear a great chance for The Powers That Be to literally manufacture votes once they know how many more they need.

I mean, they may have had to be received in the mail today, but is it official that they’ve all been certified and included in the current tally, or is it that they "haven’t gotten around" to some yet, and they’ll be included in "updated" totals to be released later?

we live in Kentucky, said all the mail must be in this morning. Already in the totals. It might not be good enough for you, but he hasn’t steered me wrong yet. This is only my 2 election in this state.

Bevin will have to get a judge for a recount, on a optical voting system.
