This aggressive tack they've taken on impeachment, that this is somehow an attempt to undo the 2016 election result, is just so much nonsense. Nobody is seriously arguing that Trump should be removed and Hillary Clinton installed as president. This whole magilla is proceeding because as president, Trump has committed high crimes and misdemeanors. Democrats are following the constitutionally-prescribed course of impeachment. Republicans could have done it, too, anytime during 2017 or 2018. But they didn't, because they're apparently just fine with the corrupt and criminal practices of President Trump.

People understand what this is about, Mr. Bevin, and all your whining doesn't change it.
