Agreed! No more letting bygones be bygones. If laws are broken the offenders MUST be charged.Otherwise IMHO the law-breaking escalates with each case that is ignored.
The reasoning becomes They (prior offenders) got away with this so we should be able to at least do the same or maybe push the envelop a little further.
Trump is the perfect example of this reasoning on steroids. What he gets away with on Monday becomes the starting point for the next outrage on Friday.
